The Macca Style craybait holder is fitted near the pot entrance with the solid side facing craypot entrance, so crays have to enter pot fully to taste the bait. As a lid, most people just cut a rectangle of flat plastic and attach one side with cable ties, and then use a piece of tyre tube or bungy cord stretched over lid to keep it in place.
A great craybait holder, and if you don't normally use a baitholder in your cray pot, you will notice a large increase in the amount of Crayfish in your pot, as they can't sit on the outside munching on the fish frames.
