This is the medium crome plated gunmetal Stemhead.
It features a roller and captive  retaining pin.

• MEDIUM:- (ST125) Dimensions: 145mm Long X 90mm Wide 28mm Horizontal Gap in fairlead.
• (The two aft 1/4" countersunk mounting holes on 2.1/2" (63.5mm) centres.
  The third hole is 2.1/4" (57.2mm) forward of the aft two and on the centre line.)
