These PVA Bags, are made out of same product as PVA Glue, this is why they dissolve quickly in water. So that is what makes them ideal for attaching to your "Drone Fishing" Trace Line. 
You can simply put one of your hooks into a bag of berley, or use a JVI clip (as in picture) and have the bag of berley swinging off your sinker. 
The berley bag will dissolve in under 1 minute once it is wet, so only put dry berley in the bag, and keep it away from anything wet while setting up.
If you run 10 hook drone lines, then you can put a bag of berley at each end
as a guide, the weight of the bag of berley in the picture is: 123grams, I expect if you cram-filled a bag, max weight would be just under 200grams.
