New to the Bradley products, these Magic Mats are non stick and made from food grade high temperature silicone.
They are safe to use across the full temperature range of your Bradley Smoker and dishwasher safe. Very easy to use just put on the bottom of the rack before you put your food in the tray, and the mats will quickly release the food, and the fine gauge mesh is designed to allow full penetration of smoke into the food.
