Southland Sock Set Net - ULSTRON (2nd Ring Trap)

This net has the larger trap attached to the 2nd ring

This bag is made of English Ulston Mesh, which is polypropylene bobbinette.

These Whitebait traps are proudly made in New Zealand , By experienced South Island Whitebaiters.

The use of the superior ulstron mesh helps to keep the bag open as it does not suffer drag from the tide as other inferior meshs do, Which also makes a scoop net easier to scoop with.

All sock nets have polyester tape between each section for durability.
Galvanised rings are used under the tape then covered with white plastic and galvanised clips to protect the tape from wear and tear on the bottom of the river.

ALSO AVAILABLE WITH A FRONT "RING FRAME" INSTEAD OF THE RECTANGULAR FRAME!!!!!!
