Okuma Epixor EB30 Baitfeeder Reel

The Okuma Epix is the absolute best baifeeder reel currently available. It is the largest, toughest baitfeeder available. There aren't many fish that could smoke this reel. With its huge line capacity and oversized dragsystem, you will be in absolute AWE at this reel's capabilities.

Okuma's "Epix" series of Baitfeeder Reels are sure to interest anglers who enjoy bait fishing with the ultimate in top quality tackle.

These reels combine many features of Okuma's Epix spinning reels with a "baitfeeder" facility which allows the reel to be set in free spool so that fish can sample the bait without feeling any resistance.

Hook-ups are easy - a turn of the handle or moving the baitfeeder lever down brings the gears and front drag into action and sets the hook. An additional drag at the rear of the reel allows slight pressure to be used to control bait drift in a strong current.

Internal features include nine stainless steel ball bearings plus an anti-reverse bearing, a machine cut brass pinion gear, large oiled felt drag washers, 5.0:1 gear ratio on the EB30 reels.

External features include a gold anodised spool with stainless steel reinforcing and a handle with a soft grip surface. A spare anodised spool comes with the reel.
