“RONSTEER” STEERING DEVICE

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Attach chains with bow
shackles (with the pin down
from the top) to the extreme
left and extreme right holes
of the steering delta.
• Ensure there are no twists in
the chain
• Attach longline to the
stainless steel ring by means
of a D-shackle or carabiner
(or similar device).
• When launching the kontiki,
point the nose of the craft in
the direction you want it to
go, making allowance for
drift and wind etc.
