These will pull craypots, longlines and anchors.
You need to always be aware to be sure, that pot, line or anchor is not stuck. It is advisable to pull slack by hand untill you are sure, that you are not stuck then use the hauler. If it is stuck, then you will need to cleat it off on the bowpost and get it free before proceeding to haul on the davit. This advise is to avoid hauling a stuck pot or anchor, that may cause the boat to capsize if pot or anchor is stuck when you are hauling in a swell.
