Strong graphite back with metal side cast system allows quick travel to the bottom with a rig or cast from the side of the boat. Feel the bottom or a fish as you feather the line, immediately turn the reel back to the fishing position and the drag takes over. Drag on/off switch and fish alert on the back of the reel. A sporty laser cut handle plate and large tri-star clutch control nut are also features of this reel. A very versatile reel for ocean fishing. You will need to use a suitable free running swivel as the first item in your rig.
