I sent you an email, BUT haven't had a reply?

Unfortunately email is not a guaranteed science, and either yours, or my reply may just get lost in cyberspace or bounced by spam programs or sitting un-noticed in a junk mail folder. We do our best to answer all emails in a timely manner, but if we are processing high volumes of orders, then shipping of orders takes priority over answering emails.
