No, we seem to have to do about 3 claims per year. These tend to always be around Xmas time. But considering that we ship over 4000 parcels per year, then the damage rate is very low indeed. We have had 3 instances where customers have signed for goods with damaged packaging, and found that their goods are damaged. In these cases we have not been able to help, as they took away our right to claim as soon as they signed the docket. If in doubt don't sign. As at the 22-04-2009, we have not had a claim for over 16 months, and we send over 5000 parcels each year. So our freight companies have been doing a great job lately.
